The Leasing Consultant serves as the primary sales and customer service representative, responsible for greeting prospects, identifying housing needs, and securing lease agreements. They also provide administrative support and assist with resident relations to ensure smooth daily operations and high resident satisfaction.
Candidates should have at least one year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and proficiency in property management software like Yardi or OneSite is preferred.
