Maintain an up-to-date OIA register and ensure requests are managed within legislative requirements, agreed processes and required timeframes.
Coordinate responses to Parliamentary Questions and support other ministerial and government reporting activity as needed.
Support the delivery of key accountability documents and reporting requirements, including annual and quarterly reporting, Annual Review and Estimates questions.

A strong understanding of OIA legislative requirements, processes, sensitivities and timeframes.
Experience supporting the development of Government reporting documents.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and well-judged responses for a range of audiences.
Strong planning, prioritisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow through.
