About the role
We're looking for a Pricing & Commercial Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting pricing decisions, commercial analysis, and the continued growth of our eMobility business.
This is a newly created role that provides dedicated support across pricing execution, commercial modelling, and business performance analysis. Working closely with pricing and commercial stakeholders, you'll help ensure pricing changes are implemented accurately, build models that support business decision-making, and provide data-driven insights on margin, profitability, and demand.This role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical rigour, commercial thinking, and strategic problem solving while contributing to an exciting area of growth.
You will have the opportunity to
Supporting the administration and governance of pricing changes and pricing applications
Monitoring gross margin performance and ensuring pricing changes are correctly reflected through accounting and business systems
Developing and maintaining pricing and commercial models to support strategic decision-making
Analysing the impact of pricing decisions on profitability, margin, and customer demand
Collecting, manipulating, and interpreting large datasets to generate actionable insights
Supporting commercial projects through financial modelling and analysis
Contributing to the development of pricing approaches across a growing eMobility portfolio, including public charging networks, private business solutions, and future commercial transport opportunities
What you’ll bring to Z
A highly analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capability
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
The ability to translate complex data into meaningful commercial insights
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
Experience working with large datasets and building robust models
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Approximately 3-5 years' experience in a pricing, commercial, strategy, corporate finance, consulting, or related analytical role

The base salary range for this role is $113,600 to $133,650 per annum, plus 15% STI based on company and individual performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.

We supply Australia's largest branded petrol and convenience network as well as refining, importing and marketing fuels and lubricants.
