The Senior Reporting Analyst will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Business Registries reporting and business intelligence environment. They will act as the business lead for data strategy while collaborating with geographically dispersed teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
Candidates must have extensive experience with business intelligence tools, specifically SAP BusinessObjects, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality analytics solutions. Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights are essential.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Reporting Analyst to lead our reporting and business intelligence capability and help shape the future of data and reporting across Business Registries.
This is a senior technical and strategic role with responsibility for leading the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Business Registries intelligence and reporting environment.
You'll be the business lead for data strategy, driving strategic thinking around data opportunities, reporting capability, and information management.
You'll also play a key leadership role within the Reporting Team, supporting workflow management, capability development, and best practice reporting.
Working across a geographically dispersed team based in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across Business Registries, MBIE, and external customers to deliver insightful reporting and data-driven decision making.
