The Practice Lead is a key leadership role within the Technology Delivery Practice. Operating within a matrix environment, the Practice Lead is responsible for leading and developing Delivery practitioners while supporting the effective delivery of work across Technology.
The role combines people leadership, practice leadership and operational delivery oversight. Practice Leads work closely with delivery practitioners, project and programme leaders, and other practice leaders to strengthen capability, embed delivery standards and support successful delivery outcomes across Technology.
As a Practice Lead, you will be the primary people leader for Delivery practitioners, helping them grow their careers, build capability and perform at their best. You will also play an important role in translating practice direction into day-to-day behaviours, ensuring agreed methods, standards and ways of working are consistently understood and applied.
This is an opportunity for an experienced delivery leader who is passionate about developing people, improving delivery outcomes and contributing to the ongoing growth and maturity of the Technology Delivery Practice.

We expect to appoint this position up to $149,636 however a salary offer will be based on the preferred candidates’ skills and experience and our team relativities.
