Performs quality assurance and regulatory audits to ensure compliance within regulated departments. Prepares deficiency reports, initiates corrective actions, and assists with regulatory and accrediting inspections.
Requires an Associate's degree in biological science or a related field with three years of experience in a blood bank setting. Must have the ability to interpret federal and state regulations and travel up to 25% of the time.

Completes documents required for compliance and regulatory submissions. Participates in inspections and provides regulatory guidance to staff. This role is based at the Tallahassee main location, and the selected candidate will be required to report there.

Associates Degree in biological science or related field and three (3) years experience in blood bank setting; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Prior experience with blood bank systems requirements and procedures preferred.
