The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a local team of Outside Sales Representatives while managing daily office and field activities. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring staff, assigning leads, tracking sales performance, and conducting regular training and ride-alongs.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of outside sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred. The role requires the ability to work with technical devices and the capacity to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.
