The Patient Access Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, managing registration, scheduling, and insurance verification processes. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service while coordinating provider schedules and handling patient financial arrangements.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with post-secondary education considered helpful. Candidates should have at least one year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting, and possess strong customer service skills.
