Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies across various platforms, including internal newsletters, social media, and press releases.
Draft, edit, and proofread communications materials in both English and Mandarin, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Support the organization and execution of internal and external events, webinars, and conferences.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to inform communication strategies.
Manage and update content on internal communication channels and company websites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication campaign performance.
Provide administrative support to the communications team as needed.

Job Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (native fluency in Mandarin preferred).
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for grammar and spelling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and corporate communications.
