The production engineer will provide technical support for daily operations, monitor production data, and collaborate with teams to eliminate losses. They are responsible for identifying performance issues and implementing solutions using Lean 6 Sigma and RCPS methodologies.
Candidates must hold a relevant degree in engineering, technical, or production sciences. Previous professional experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an advantage.

Нашият екип, се фокусира върху ежедневните операции на производствената единица и работи в сътрудничество с оператори, ръководители на смени, инженери и дигиталните екипи.
Като Длъжност, ще работите върху техническата и технологична поддръжка на производството, мониторинг на OEE/Material/Utilities данни и структурно елиминиране на производствени загуби. Ще подкрепяте операторите в решаването на проблеми чрез RCPS и Lean 6 Sigma. Ще имате възможност да допринесете за ефективността на производството и да окажете положително въздействие върху качеството и оперативните резултати.
Основни отговорности :
Осигуряване на техническа/технологична експертиза в ежедневните операции
Мониторинг, валидиране и гарантиране на качеството и пълнотата на OEE/Material/Utilities данни
Идентифициране на най-значимите „bad actors“ и избор на подходящ метод за решаване (RCPS, Lean 6 Sigma)
Анализ на производствени загуби чрез SAP, SEEQ, Info+ и KPI dashboards
Осигуряване на доказателства за корекции в BOM, планови норми и MDC
Предлагаме постоянен договор на сменен режим на работа.
Съответна образователна степен или еквивалент в инженерни, технически или производствени науки. Професионален опит в производствена среда е предимство.
