The Production Technician is responsible for filtering and validating maintenance notes in SAP while coordinating daily alignment meetings between maintenance and production teams. They also manage operational releases, including lockout procedures, and ensure the weekly production schedule is updated and followed.
Candidates must have a technical degree in maintenance, production, or a related field. Strong proficiency in SAP and experience with maintenance planning, programming, and criticality matrices are required.

Nossa equipe, composta por 60 pessoas, faz parte da unidade de produção de polímeros e fornecimento de Utilidades do site de Santo André. As polimerizações contam com 3 plantas produtivas – PDN, PDR e PCN II, e são responsáveis por produzir produtos para consumo interno da fiação, iniciando a cadeia têxtil de Santo André, ou para o mercado externo. A área de Utilidades é responsável pela produção e gestão dos ativos relacionados à energia elétrica, vapor, fluido térmico, ar comprimido, água gelada, tratamento de água e tratamento de efluentes.
Como Técnico de Produção (Gatekeeper), você deverá participar das atividades de rotina da áreas. Você será responsável por:
