  • 按照公司规定的医疗机构覆盖和拜访频率,制定相应医疗机构的拜访计划并实施
  • 运用适当的推广技巧和有效地利用产品资料,向医疗机构提供医疗咨讯并介绍产品(包括处理问题),使其了解并接受产品之特性和利益
  • 保持高水准的专业拜访,不断提高医疗机构的满意度,并建立长久良好的合作交流关系
  • 挖掘现有市场潜力,并不断开发潜在市场,确保公司产品市场占有率的增长
  • 执行公司市场开发策略和计划,完成新产品的进药计划
  • 根据公司的推广策略组织有特色的学术活动推广产品

区域管理

  • 通过区域目标管理,确立本辖区的目标和计划,达到预期的目标、市场占有率和增长率,开发辖区内的潜在市场
  • 建立和及时更新、反馈并保持一个详尽而准确的医疗机构资料,并利用这些资料来制定行动计划,安排拜访活动,有效及充分地利用时间

  • 及时通知医疗机构的医务人员或药事人员有关服务,产品,价格,供货渠道、市场发展等方面的信息
