1. Propósito de la posición
Crear y mantener un ambiente físico higiénico, seguro, confortable y agradable estéticamente se
debe efectuar la limpieza y el acondicionamiento de la planta física, con su correspondiente mobiliario
y equipamiento, así como las áreas circundantes de la empresa.
2. Actividades Específicas
1. Conservar en condiciones adecuadas de higiene la planta física, mobiliario, equipamiento y útiles pertenecientes a la empresa, así como realizar tareas de limpieza de estos.
2. Aplicar las normas preventivas para la conservación de la limpieza.
3. Ejecutar procedimientos eficientes de limpieza y de manejo de residuos.
4. Preparar y lavar los implementos relacionados con estaciones de café para empleados.
5. Atención de actividades en salas de reuniones y oficinas de directores
6. Colaborar en caso necesario con asistentes administrativas en servir bocadillos y bebidas durante reuniones de trabajo en las salas y oficinas de directores.

7. Limpiar y mantener en condiciones los equipos y útiles de trabajo.
8. Limpiar el predio que rodea el edificio.
9. Manejar Residuos y retirarlos diariamente en bolsas según las normas.
10. Recibir, cuidar y distribuir materiales de papel, químicos y artículos de limpieza de los que se hace responsable.
11. Cumplir con lo establecido en el procedimiento CEDI-OP-P06 V4 Procedimiento para la limpieza del almacén.
12. Cualquier otra asignación solicitada por la jefatura.
