Who you are:
As an Administrator II - Endpoint, you are our IT architecture, ensuring every foundation is stable and built with integrity, caring and excellence. You’ll play an important role in maintaining our IT systems to run smoothly and will constantly look for ways to innovate every experience. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure that endpoint assets are performing optimally and keep end-user devises up to date across the bank. If teaching others excites you, you’ll have the opportunity to train new users on hardware and software, giving them the best chance to succeed with our signature all-win approach.
What you’ll do:
Investigate and resolve complex endpoint incidents escalated by Endpoint Administrators, or the service desk
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues involving network, servers, or applications
Implement advanced endpoint configurations and management strategies
Deploy and manage advanced security solutions for endpoint devices
Conduct detailed audits of endpoint configurations to identify and mitigate risks
Participate in projects involving endpoint upgrades, migrations, and policy implementations
Monitor dashboards and reports to identify trends or opportunities for improvement
Effectively use communication and delegation to accomplish large scale efforts while partnering with engineering and support staff
Contribute to the development of endpoint standards, policies, and documentation
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
2+ years of related experience in IT discipline
Proven ability to apply IT knowledge to resolve standard technical issues within Infrastructure and Operations
Knowledge of Infrastructure & Operations platforms
Skilled understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with modern desktop deployment technology, Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, Print Management, and Apple products
Experience working with and supporting a structured change management and configuration management process
Specialized certifications relevant to the organization’s technology stack
