Real W2 Employee! Not an Independent Contractor!
DETAILS:
25-35 hours per week (split between admin time and field time)
Shift is ~10-4pm Monday through Friday + One weekend per month
On-Call availability is a must one week per month (on-call bonus!)
Service Area based on company needs (travel time will not exceed 30 minutes on average)
Admin time AND Field time is paid
You will drive from house to house according to company schedule providing in-home pet care services, as requested by client
What We are Looking For:
Must own your own vehicle, have a valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance
Have leadership experience (at least 1 year)
Have prior experience working with dogs
Be coachable and able to coach others
Must have a smart phone w/unlimited data (and able to use our apps)
Must be over 18
Must be able to handle large dogs that pull on leash
Must be willing to commit for at least 8 months
Must be comfortable with open and direct communication
