The Clinical Territory Associate will partner with the local team to gain technical, clinical, and sales expertise while assisting with surgeon training and territory management. They are responsible for guiding technical in-services, managing administrative reporting, and selling the benefits of robotic technology to existing users.
Candidates must have at least one year of leadership or outside sales experience and possess a bachelor's degree. The role requires the ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed.

Primary Function of Position
The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a 24+ month developmental role that will partner with the Richmond, VA team to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business to include technical, clinical, and sales.
