Candidates must have a high school diploma with up to 2 years of relevant experience or an associate degree in a science-related field. Strong attention to detail, familiarity with quality systems, and the ability to work in a regulated laboratory environment are required.

The Quality Technician supports quality assurance and quality control operations for the insourced laboratory team as part of an End to End (E2E) Laboratory Modernization Program. Depending on assignment, this role supports one or more of the following areas: CAPA and non conformance management, document control, metrology and equipment calibration, records management and digitization, or personnel training and qualification. Because these functions operate as a single Quality team, staff routinely support one another across these areas as workload requires. This role operates within an ISO 17025 accredited analytical production laboratory at a client site. The Technician performs routine sample preparation and laboratory support activities for these functions under close to direct supervision.
Location: Onsite Monday through Friday 1st Shift. 7am EST - 3pm EST, with weekend overtime as applicable based on business needs. This shift does not rotate.

The compensation range for this full-time position is $19.23/hr to $26.44/hr The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
