Type: Full-Time
Location: Neville Island, PA
Looking for a place where your work truly makes a difference? At Point Spring & Driveshaft Co., we've been helping keep trucks on the road since 1926, and we're just getting started! With locations across PA, OH, and WV, we're known for our reliable service, quality parts, and down-to-earth team that knows the value of hard work. If you like the idea of being part of a company that still believes in doing things right and taking care of both customers and employees along the way - we'd love to meet you.
We're currently looking for a Branch Manager who can lead a high-performing team, keep the shop running smoothly, and make sure our customers leave satisfied every time. If you're the kind of person who thrives on building relationships and keeping all the moving parts in sync, this is your next great opportunity.
What You'll Do
Digital Advertising, Analytics & Performance Tracking
Plan, build, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
Monitor performance daily and adjust campaigns to improve results (click-through rates, conversions, cost per lead)
Track and report on website and campaign performance using Google Analytics
Build dashboards and provide clear, actionable insights
Identify trends in traffic, user behavior, and conversion paths
Partner with internal teams to connect marketing activity to business results
Marketing Communications & Content
Collaborate with sales team members and vendor partners
Prepare, coordinate, and distribute bi-monthly/quarterly sales flyers promoting company services and events.
Develop and release quarterly company newsletters that highlight updates across branches, key sales wins, product launches, and vendor spotlights.
Execute email and text blast campaigns (MailChimp, Prokeep) for sales promotions, training events, and customer programs.
Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including content creation that reflects industry trends, shop activity, product features, and community engagement.
Support SEO and digital marketing efforts by reviewing blogs, approving content, and monitoring performance.
Event & Meeting Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute customer and internal events.
Coordinate company charitable giving events, donations, and partnerships.
Oversee all event logistics such as venue booking, catering, invitations, RSVP tracking, signage, branded giveaways, and technician/employee gift items.
Vendor & Program Management
Manage the annual Marketing Program, securing vendor commitments tied to promotional calendars and sales initiatives.
Track vendor invoices, credits, and co-op funds; follow up on outstanding payments or documentation.
Coordinate company merchandise orders (uniforms, hats, hoodies, shop gear) and maintain marketing and apparel inventory.
Ensure Platinum and Gold vendors receive co-branded items and properly executed recognition.
Support vendor spiff programs (e.g., Kit Masters Spiff), including communication, tracking, and monthly reporting.
General Administration & Support
Monitor, track, and respond to Google Reviews for all locations to support customer experience initiatives.
Update and distribute annual wall and small calendars used by branches, customers, and technicians.
Track and manage all marketing expenses, vendor credits, and budget alignment.
What You'll Bring (Requirements)
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on ads, analytics, and SEO
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4)
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword strategy
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to simplify technical information for customers and internal audiences.
Proficient with social media management, email marketing platforms, and basic graphic development tools.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable interacting with vendors, technicians, sales teams, and branch managers.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in heavy-duty truck, automotive, or industrial distribution.
