The Underwriter II is responsible for reviewing mortgage loan applications to ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines. They determine credit decisions and validate borrower employment, income, credit, and collateral.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 2 years of underwriting experience. An FHA Direct Endorsement Certification and comprehensive knowledge of FHA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines are required.
