Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and possess over 10 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience. Proven expertise in managing multi-site operations, large-scale capital projects, and reliability programs is required.
Position Summary
Daniels Health is seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Maintenance to lead the strategic direction of maintenance, asset reliability, facilities infrastructure, and operational equipment performance across our North American network. As a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, this role develops and executes enterprise-wide maintenance and reliability strategies that support operational excellence, safety, scalability, profitability, and long-term growth. The Director will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to build and sustain world-class maintenance programs across multiple sites.

Oversee maintenance strategy for boilers, autoclaves, wash lines, robotics, conveyance systems, compactors, utilities and other critical production assets. Provide technical leadership, audit site performance, ensure compliance and support emergency operational response when required.
