Quest Events is North America’s leading provider for drape, modular scenic collections, staging, flooring, event furniture, and accessories for events across the country. You will work alongside people who take ownership, support one another, and help create successful experiences for customers.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage customer conversations, build and maintain relationships, identify needs, and guide customers toward the right solutions. Your day will include a variety of inbound inquiries, quoting, follow-up, account support, and coordination with teammates to ensure customers receive clear and reliable service.
Requirements
What is required to perform the essential functions.
Associates degree or higher preferred
This position is also responsible for developing strategic working relationships with existing clients for the purpose of retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong professional presence, is tenacious, and has ability to adapt, organize and multi-task. Knowledge of CRM maintenance preferred. Understands general reporting processes including expenses. Works well independently, Motivated, Strong Relationship-Building Skills, Belief in Excellence, Results Driven, Strong Planning Skills. High Ethical Behavior, Unquestionable Integrity, and Character.
