We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Office Services Associate to support daily office operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is responsible for providing a wide range of office support services, including mail services, hospitality support, reprographics, and general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining a professional workplace experience.

Payrate: $22.50 /hour
Shift: Day Shift
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day office services support to employees, clients, and visitors.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, courier deliveries, and shipping requests.
Support copy, print, scanning, binding, and document production services.
Assist with conference room setup, meeting support, and hospitality services.
Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring work areas remain organized and fully stocked.
Deliver exceptional customer service while responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
Perform administrative and back-office support tasks as assigned.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and service standards.
Assist with special projects and other office operations duties as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with employees and visitors.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
