The Regional Facilities Manager oversees building operations, maintenance performance, and critical systems across a portfolio of multifamily communities. They are responsible for leading onsite facilities teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Candidates must have 5+ years of facilities or maintenance leadership experience, preferably within multifamily or hospitality sectors. Strong technical knowledge of building systems and proficiency in financial management and property management software are required.

Flow is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance performance, and critical systems across a portfolio of multifamily communities.
This role serves as the operational leader for facilities teams within an assigned region, partnering closely with General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and onsite maintenance teams to ensure our communities operate safely, efficiently, and to Flow standards.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership experience across multiple properties. They are equally comfortable walking a mechanical room, reviewing a maintenance budget, analyzing operational metrics, and mentoring onsite teams.
