Job Description
We’re hiring a Renewal Support Specialist to join our centralized operations team in the Denver Tech Center. In this fully onsite role (5 days/week) in the Denver Tech Center, you’ll support the resident lifecycle by managing renewals, notices, and key administrative processes that keep communities running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Manage the lease renewal process (generate offers, prepare lease documents, finalize paperwork)
Process Notices to Vacate and ensure accurate documentation
Support onsite teams by handling resident inquiries and shared inbox requests
Assist with post move-out processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Maintain accurate records and resolve data discrepancies in internal systems
Collaborate with community teams to deliver a seamless resident experience
Qualifications
1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or operations experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning new systems and handling data entry
Professional communicator (written and verbal)
Property management experience is a plus

Expected pay rate of $21-$23 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
