About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Coordinator located in Salisbury, the Greater Brisbane Area.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics and resources planning.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding training needs and inquiries.
Develop and manage training calendars and schedules.
Ensure all training and emergency planning activities are executed efficiently
Collaborate with trainers and external vendors to deliver high-quality training services.
About You
Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
Self-Motivated
Demonstrated experience dealing with clients in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of fire-safety solutions would be an advantage.
RTO Experience preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Great time management skills
Strategic thinker
Ability to understand and analyse customer needs
Ability to work independently and in a team
Scheduling or coordination experience required
