What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs This is an HR Operations / HR Service Delivery role focused on maintaining employee records and supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Accuracy, confidentiality, and meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) are key responsibilities. Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions
What are we looking for? Process employee data changes (promotions, transfers, salary-related data updates where applicable, manager changes, etc.). Support onboarding and offboarding activities. Handle leave administration, benefits administration, and employee records. Update HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or other HR tools. Respond to HR service requests received via email or ticketing systems. Validate documents and ensure data accuracy. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets. Escalate issues when required and suggest process improvements. Skills expected Good Excel and MS Office knowledge Strong attention to detail Analytical and problem-solving skills Written and verbal communication Time management Customer service mindset Ability to work with confidential information
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsAny Graduation
