The cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of offices, amenity spaces, and common areas, as well as preparing vacant apartment homes after move-outs. They must also provide excellent customer service while building rapport with residents in the active adult community.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess reliable transportation. Previous janitorial experience in hotel or residential management is strongly preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

We are seeking a people-focused Cleaner / Housekeeper for our 55 and older, active adult community - Affinity at Southpark Meadows. As the Cleaner, you will be responsible for general housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness of the community.

A customer service focused Cleaner who can effectively work with the site team to carry out the daily housekeeping needs of the community while building rapport with residents.
