The Guest Service Agent serves as the primary face of the hotel, managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries. They are responsible for handling reservations, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Preferred candidates have a two-year apprenticeship in hotel management or one year of experience as a front desk clerk. Proficiency in Opera/Opera Cloud and strong customer service and conflict resolution skills are required.
