Member Engagement & Retention
Oversee member onboarding and ongoing engagement to ensure strong relationships and long-term retention.
Working with event and programmatic teams, drive membership sponsorship, corporate contributions and other related member-driven revenue strategies
Design and oversee stewardship, renewal, and upgrade strategies.
Serve as a senior point of contact for key members.

Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Manage and mentor membership staff, fostering clear goals, accountability, and professional growth.
Work closely with finance, operations, and development teams on invoicing, renewals, contracts, and revenue tracking.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align membership strategy with broader organizational priorities.

Demonstrated success owning and delivering against revenue and membership growth targets.
Strong strategic thinking paired with operational execution skills.
Experience personally cultivating and closing high-value memberships, sponsorships, or partnerships.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience managing staff and cross-functional initiatives.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), AI, and other related systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in associations, nonprofits, trade organizations, or mission‑driven networks.
Experience working with senior executives and Boards.
Familiarity with data analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Background in sustainability, energy, or policy
