The Commissioning Agent is responsible for developing, managing, and executing building systems commissioning and retro-commissioning projects. This includes creating performance test scripts, conducting site visits, and managing client relationships and project budgets.
Requires a high school diploma and commissioning certifications (NEBB, BCxA, AABC, or ASHRAE), with a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering preferred. Candidates must have advanced knowledge of HVAC, automation, and building energy codes, along with a valid driver's license for frequent travel.

Position Summary:
Henderson Building Solutions is looking for a Commissioning Agent to join their commissioning team in Phoenix, Arizona.
The Commissioning Agent is responsible for developing, budgeting, managing, and executing building systems commissioning, retro-commissioning, and ongoing commissioning projects. The employee is responsible for both client and employee management on a project level. In addition, the employee serves as a technical resource for other members of the commissioning team for both commissioning and design issues. The employee also trains employees, generates schedules and determines staffing requirements.
