PROFILE SUMMARY
Wesgroup is seeking a skilled, customer-focused Deficiency Technician to join our Customer Care team. In this hands-on role, you will complete high-quality deficiency repairs and finishing work across residential construction projects and occupied homes, helping ensure repairs are completed efficiently, professionally, and to Wesgroup quality standards.
Working closely with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams, you will assess and resolve a variety of construction deficiencies while supporting project completion, warranty service, and a positive customer experience.
