The Branch Manager is responsible for the profitable and safe operation of the branch, including managing P&L and executing annual budgets. They lead and coach branch personnel while driving sales growth through digital tools and customer relationship management.
Candidates need at least 5 years of experience in sales or electrical distribution and 2+ years of leadership experience. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree and forklift certification are preferred.

Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for developing/coaching their team and providing the profitable and safe functioning of the branch. The Branch Manager reviews all aspects of branch operations, interprets corporate goals, prepares and executes annual budgets, and plans and implements sales and operational initiatives to achieve profitable business growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to safety, personnel, facility, inventory, equipment, and the overall business results.
