Drivers are responsible for operating refrigerated equipment to transport temperature-controlled freight across established regional lanes. They must perform no-touch deliveries, including both drop-and-hook and live-load assignments, while maintaining DOT compliance.
Candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and demonstrate the ability to safely operate refrigerated equipment. A commitment to DOT compliance and safe driving practices is required for all applicants.

Regional lane coverage and dependable delivery consistency help CDL-A drivers stay productive while operating established refrigerated routes with scheduled home time and assigned equipment.
Inside Your Truck: Assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors include a Thermo King APU, 2500-watt inverter, refrigerator, Bluetooth capability, double bunk, and outward-facing cameras only. SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic reefer trailers are used throughout the fleet, and assigned equipment may be parked at home when secure parking is available.

The Route: Drivers operate primarily east of I-35 hauling temperature-controlled freight through established regional lanes. Freight is 100% no-touch and includes a combination of drop-and-hook and scheduled live-load deliveries that help maintain productive weekly mileage.

Pay & Home Time: Drivers earn $1,350–$1,550 per week with pay for every dispatched mile, loaded and empty. This regional position includes two days at home every other week while providing consistent mileage opportunities. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available, along with quarterly performance incentives and additional accessorial pay when applicable.
Getting Started: Paid company orientation helps drivers transition directly into scheduled regional freight assignments with established lane coverage.
