The WHS Advisor supports workplace health, safety, and wellbeing across corporate and distribution centers. Key duties include managing risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and coordinating return-to-work programs for injured employees.
Requires a Certificate IV in WHS and at least 3 years of experience in workplace health and safety. A comprehensive understanding of WHS legislation and strong interpersonal skills are essential, with a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment preferred.

As the Work Health & Safety (WHS) Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting workplace health, safety, wellbeing, injury management, and return-to-work programs across both our Corporate Support Centre and Distribution Centre operations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with leaders and team members to identify and manage workplace risks, drive compliance with WHS legislation and best practice, and deliver initiatives that promote a proactive, safety-first culture.
Working within a collaborative safety team, you will provide hands-on support across office and operational environments, coaching leaders, influencing positive safety behaviours, and contributing to the development and implementation of safety programs, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, provide practical solutions, and champion wellbeing will help create workplaces where our people can perform at their best and return home safely every day.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by combining strategic safety leadership with operational support, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and wellbeing are embedded across all areas of the business.
Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait for a notice period
Duration: Permanent full-time role
Location: Eastern Creek - Parking on site / Chippendale, Public Transport close by.
