Lead the daily operations of the Peninsula Tavern, focusing on creating a welcoming community atmosphere and driving a high-performing team. Manage the venue's financial performance through P&L oversight while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must possess significant hospitality leadership experience and hold current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications. The role requires the physical ability to perform manual handling tasks, such as moving kegs and stock.

On Railway Parade in the heart of Maylands, the Peninsula Tavern has been a drinking destination for locals and visitors for years.
Peninsula Tavern provides locals and visitors with a place to enjoy a drink after a long day at work, to catch the game on the big screen or to celebrate a milestone.
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
