Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and project specifications.
Strong understanding of liquid cooling technologies, heat transfer principles, and data center mechanical infrastructure.
Familiarity with mechanical testing tools such as pressure gauges, flow meters, and thermal imaging equipment.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments.
High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Other important requirements:
Pre-employment screening, including background check and substance testing may be required according to company policies.
Must provide own steel-toed work boots; other PPE will be supplied.

Lead, mentor, and supervise mechanical technicians, fitters, and subcontractors working on liquid cooling systems (e.g., direct-to-chip cooling, rear-door heat exchangers), piping, pumps, valves, and HVAC systems.
Monitor team performance and ensure workforce compliance with project goals, quality requirements, and safety standards.
Oversee the installation of mechanical systems and ensure all work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
Coordinate mechanical activities with other trades—including electrical, plumbing, and structural—to support seamless integration of systems.

Ensure all mechanical installations meet data center standards, industry codes, and client requirements.
Verify compliance of materials and equipment with approved submittals and project specifications.
Support QA/QC inspections and address non-conformance issues promptly and effectively.
Supervise pressure testing, flushing, and balancing of liquid cooling loops to ensure leak-free operation and optimal system performance.
