We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Facilities Manager. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading the strategic and operational performance of commercial property portfolios across NSW. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Leading a team of Facilities Managers to deliver safe, efficient and high‑quality facilities services across multiple commercial sites, embedding a genuine Zero Harm culture in daily operations.
Building strong, collaborative relationships with customers, tenants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, becoming the trusted escalation point for your region.
Driving asset and property performance through planned maintenance, proactive incident management, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Managing regional financial and operational performance, including KPIs, revenue, cost management and accurate monthly reporting.
Championing innovation, sustainability initiatives and the use of technology to enhance safety, compliance and customer experience.
What You’ll Bring
Significant leadership experience in facilities management or a related industry, ideally across multi‑site environments.
A collaborative, empathetic leadership style that builds trust, inclusion and strong team performance.
Strong commercial and financial capabilities, including budget oversight, data interpretation and performance optimisation.
A strong commitment to Zero Harm, quality and compliance, with familiarity across relevant health and safety legislation.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, confidence with systems and Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel as required (full driver’s licence essential).
More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
