The Opportunity

Great words can do more than communicate — they can create connection, spark emotion and turn everyday moments into something memorable. We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Copywriter to join our global Brand team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

This is a part-time opportunity (3 days per week), with flexibility in how the days and hours are to suit you and the team.

Sitting at the intersection of creativity, brand and performance, you’ll craft compelling messaging and storytelling that connects with audiences, strengthens our global brand and drives meaningful results across markets.

You’ll play a key role in evolving how Prezzee communicates — bringing our brand to life through campaign concepts, storytelling, messaging strategy and content across multiple channels.

Working closely with designers, marketers and brand stakeholders, you’ll help shape a consistent, distinctive and effective Prezzee voice across every customer touchpoint.

From big brand storytelling and campaign concepts to sharp performance copy, you'll create work that inspires, engages and helps people celebrate the moments that matter.

This is an opportunity for a copywriter who loves the craft of words, thinks commercially, embraces new ways of working and wants to help shape the future of a global gifting brand.

 

What You’ll Do

• Write clear, compelling and on-brand copy across campaigns, web, email, social, OOH and other marketing channels
• Develop messaging and storytelling that connects with both B2C and B2B audiences across AU, UK, US, CA & NZ
• Help evolve and strengthen Prezzee’s brand voice, messaging frameworks and storytelling principles
• Partner with designers, marketers and campaign leads to develop integrated creative concepts where copy and visual storytelling work together
• Use customer insights, performance data and market trends to inform and improve copy
• Work with AI tools to build scalable, on-brand writing capabilities and support the broader team in adopting new ways of working
• Manage our translation management system, coordinating copy translations into French and French Canadian and working with proofreaders to ensure accuracy
• Apply evolving content optimisation practices, including SEO and emerging AI-driven discovery methods such as GEO and AEO, to maximise reach and effectiveness
• Stay curious about culture, creativity, media, consumer behaviour and emerging trends — translating insights into compelling content and ideas
• Contribute to a culture of quality by proofreading and reviewing copy across the team

 

What We’re Looking For

You’re a storyteller who understands that great copy is about more than words — it’s about creating connection, influencing behaviour and building brands.

You’re curious, collaborative and commercially minded. You know how to adapt your writing style for different audiences and channels while maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice.

 

You’ll bring:

• 4+ years' copywriting experience, in-house or agency, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of formats and channels, including examples of copy performance and results
• Experience adapting tone, messaging and storytelling for different audiences, channels and objectives
• Experience creating content across both B2C and B2B audiences
• Strong understanding of brand voice and experience writing within defined creative frameworks
• Experience developing writing frameworks that enable consistency across teams
• Experience working with AI writing tools and curiosity about new ways of working
• Understanding of SEO principles and evolving content discovery strategies
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
