Full job description
Job Description:
The Quality Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence by capturing, validating, and analyzing key performance data to ensure real-time visibility and alignment across the operation. This role is designed to bridge the gap between strategic leadership objectives and day-to-day execution by transforming how KPIs are tracked and utilized. Operating in a data dependent environment, this individual will serve as the operational anchor for performance monitoring and improvement.
Why This Role Matters:
This position directly addresses a critical gap in our operation. By ensuring real time KPI visibility and reinforcing data accountability at all levels, the Quality Manager enables faster decision making, operational alignment, and strategic clarity. This role also ensures long-term resilience by serving as a backup to the current reporting function and helping to build a culture of data driven performance.

We are committed to providing the highest quality service and continuing our outstanding safety track record. As we continue to grow, we only look for the best in the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
KPI Validation & Monitoring: Proactively track and validate daily operational KPIs to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and visibility across all departments.

Operational Trend Analysis: Identify patterns and anomalies in real-time to drive continuous improvement and eliminate reactive management approaches.
Process Oversight Across Key Areas:

Flight Departure Optimization – Analyze delay codes to identify and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Scan Compliance – Validate container scan compliance from origin to destination to reduce exceptions.
Ramp Operations – Track aircraft performance issues tied to labor and procedural deficiencies.
Build Plan Execution – Ensure compliance with LDM timing and container planning accuracy.
Rolled Freight Analysis – Distinguish between A2G and G2A issues to better isolate root causes.
Risk Mitigation & Continuity: Act as a critical backup to the existing Data & Reporting Lead, preserving institutional knowledge and minimizing operational risk tied to single person dependency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a centralized resource for operational teams, supervisors, and leadership to ensure transparency, consistency, and engagement with the KPI process.
