The District Manager is responsible for managing and growing a sales and service territory in Eastern Canada by selling and supporting industrial chemical programs. They will serve as a technical resource for customers and support the hiring of additional sales representatives.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the wastewater treatment industry with a focus on sales and customer accounts. Proficiency in both English and French is required, along with the ability to travel frequently within Eastern Canada and the United States.

Position Summary:
The District Manager of Eastern Canada should reside in/or near Montreal or Ontario and expect to travel to Eastern Canada frequently. This role is responsible for managing and growing a defined sales and service territory within the Eastern Canada territory. This role focuses on selling and supporting industrial chemical programs across heavy and light segments, with an emphasis on wastewater treatment (WWT). The position is expected to deliver sustained growth significantly above industry CAGR, enabling future expansion of the regional team.
