Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience in a relevant field. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist is required, along with the ability to travel up to 75%.

The Field Application Specialist is responsible for providing in-field assistance to the Diagnostic Sales team for pre- and post- sale technical activities with a primary emphasis on growing the user base of diagnostic products. This role will provide technical direction and support to customers on instrument operation, assay implementation, and maintenance of company products. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for customers. Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Service and global business units to identify and assess customer needs in order to provide high quality customer care that exceed expectations.
Additionally, the Field Applications Specialist will work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Create formal networks with key contacts outside of area of expertise, involving coordination among groups. Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
This position reports to the West Regional Service Manager and is part of the Customer Care Team located in Phoenix, Arizona and will be fully remote.

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000.00 -$100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
