Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne qui agira comme point central des opérations de notre succursale de Gloucester. Cette personne assurera le bon fonctionnement quotidien de l'emplacement : elle orientera l'équipe sur les priorités opérationnelles (sans en être le gestionnaire direct), fera le pont entre le service à la clientèle et les opérations, veillera à l'entretien du bâtiment et produira les rapports nécessaires à une gestion rigoureuse des dossiers des animaux. L’objectif n’est pas dans une logique de volume, mais dans un souci constant de qualité.
Le rôle inclut également la participation à certains services spécialisés, notamment la manipulation professionnelle et respectueuse des dépouilles d'animaux, dans le strict respect des procédures de l'entreprise et avec tout le professionnalisme que ce type de service exige.
Ce poste ne convient pas à une personne en quête d'une routine bien définie. Nous cherchons plutôt une personne qui souhaite contribuer activement au succès de l'entreprise et devenir la ressource de référence pour cette succursale : quelqu'un qui sait retrousser ses manches, proposer des solutions, et qui trouve sa satisfaction dans un rôle terrain, opérationnel et empreint d'empathie.
Assurer le bon déroulement des activités quotidiennes (cueillettes, crémations, services commémoratifs, retours, etc) ;
Assurer une communication fluide et une collaboration efficace entre les opérations et le service à la clientèle ;
Soutenir les équipes locales au besoin dans la prise en charge des services ;
Accueillir les clients et réaliser certains services commémoratifs spécifiques ;
Assumer l'entière responsabilité de la gestion du site et des installations (entretien, maintenance, etc.) et en assurer la propreté, la sécurité et la conformité ;
Gérer les fournisseurs externes (ex. : personne-ressource pour l'entretien de l'unité locative) ;
Appliquer les normes d'hygiène, de biosécurité et de santé-sécurité ;
Veiller au respect des procédures de traçabilité et de manipulation ;
Réaliser des inspections internes et en documenter les résultats ;
Rédiger et produire des rapports périodiques (volumes, incidents, besoins) ;
Assurer la tenue des dossiers (clients et animaux) et la saisie des données ;
Gérer les inventaires (urnes, fournitures, équipements et plus encore).
Diplôme ou formation pertinente dans un domaine connexe (administration, gestion des opérations, etc.)
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de gestion des opérations ;
Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais, parlé et écrit) ;
Aisance avec les outils informatiques (suite Microsoft Office, CRM, Teams).
Notre équipe recherche une personne qui possède :
Une expérience en gestion des opérations, service client ou administration (milieux animalier, vétérinaire ou funéraire : un atout) ;
Expérience ou connaissance en entretien de bâtiment ou gestion de site (un atout) ;
Excellentes aptitudes de gestion de priorités et d’organisation ;
Aisance avec les outils informatiques (CRM, Teams, logiciels internes) ;
Connaissance des normes de santé et sécurité et biosécurité ;
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement impliquant des animaux décédés ;
Capacité à manipuler des charges de 50 lb et plus ;
Excellentes capacités communicationnelles et relationnelles ;
Autonomie, fiabilité et sens des responsabilités ;
Professionnalisme, rigueur et souci du détail ;
Proactivité et capacité d’anticipation ;
Esprit structuré et gestion des priorités ;
Empathie et sens du service envers les familles.
Poste permanent, temps plein (40 heures) ;
Horaire de 10h à 18h du mardi au samedi. Il est possible d’avoir une flexibilité au niveau des horaires, mais les journées sont fixes ;
Salaire entre 23$ et 29$ de l’heure ;
Deux (2) semaines de vacances ;
