The Home Inspector ensures homes are constructed according to approved plans and building standards throughout the construction and post-closing lifecycle. They lead pre-delivery inspections and act as a liaison between homeowners, construction teams, and trades to resolve deficiencies.
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in residential construction and a deep understanding of Provincial Building, Plumbing, and Fire Codes. Valid certifications in Working at Heights, First Aid, and WHMIS are considered strong assets.

About this Role
The Home Inspector is responsible for the overall delivery of the home inspection initiative for Tartan Homes. The Home Inspector, in coordination with the Customer Service Manager, is responsible for designing and carrying out policies and procedures that support the home inspection process in our Tartan communities.
