The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales across all product lines by assisting retail customers, designers, and builders in the showroom and via remote communication. They manage the full sales cycle from initial presentation and order entry to delivery scheduling and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction industry product sales and be proficient in MS Office. A valid driver's license and a strong drive to close sales are required.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Inside Salesperson will work with clients to provide a successful customer experience. The Inside Salesperson will generate sales of all product lines offered. Will work with existing customers and secure prospective new customers and clients by phone, e-mail and direct office appointments providing detailed information on product specifications, services, pricing and delivery and install scheduling. Will focus on designers, remodelers, and select builders as well as retail customers. Will also work showroom hours including Saturdays. A comp day will be provided for Saturday hours.
