Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Aerospace Science, or a related STEM field. Candidates must be able to obtain an FAA Public Trust clearance and ideally possess 1-2 years of experience in simulation or software development.
The ATC Training Scenario Developer is an entry-level technical role ideal for a college student or recent graduate with a background in game development, computer science, or a related STEM field. In this role, you will assist in the design, development, modification, validation, and management of air traffic control (ATC) training scenarios. Working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will support nationwide ATC simulation training across FAA Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCTs). You will help translate FAA training objectives into realistic, operationally accurate simulation experiences that prepare controllers for real-world operations across the National Airspace System (NAS).
This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to apply their game development, scripting, simulation, or software skills in a meaningful, real-world aviation training environment.
