The Budtender acts as the face of the retail location, driving revenue through effective sales strategies and providing exceptional product knowledge to customers. They are also responsible for maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and performing home deliveries in compliance with state regulations.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. The role requires 1 year of retail or customer service experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
