For more information about our benefits, see below!
We are proud to be a member of the Rentokil family of companies, the global leader in Pest Control and other services across more than 90 countries. We pride ourselves on being a trusted partner to many of the world's leading brands and serve consumer and business customers across multiple industries. Overview
The HR Strategic Advisor is a high-impact role responsible for helping connect enterprise priorities, external dynamics, and executive leadership direction to the internal operating agenda of the HR function. Partnering closely with the CHRO and HR Leadership Team, this role serves as a strategic integrator across priorities that cut across the function — translating business context into clear focus areas, shaping leadership discussions, and ensuring critical initiatives are framed, advanced, and connected to the work happening inside HR. The role exists to create stronger linkage between what is happening around the business and what HR must do in response, bringing structure, pace, and clarity to high-priority work that requires executive attention and cross-functional coordination. This position operates across strategic planning, executive decision support, initiative framing, and leadership communications, helping senior leaders move from broad priorities to aligned action. Success in this role means stronger alignment between the CHRO agenda and HR execution, clearer decisions, better orchestration across stakeholders, and more consistent follow-through on the issues that matter most.
Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with the CHRO and HR Leadership Team to translate enterprise priorities, external business context, and executive focus areas into a clear strategic agenda for the HR function.
Support the CHRO in preparing for high-impact discussions, decisions, and leadership forums by developing clear narratives, framing materials, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
Drive strategic initiatives and special projects that require executive visibility, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
Identify issues that require leadership attention, connect interdependencies across teams and initiatives, and help sequence actions to maintain momentum on the highest-priority work.
Facilitate discussions with senior leaders to clarify priorities, surface tradeoffs, align on decisions, and translate broad direction into focused action.
Develop executive communications, presentations, and strategic updates that synthesize complex information into concise insights, key messages, and decision-ready recommendations.
Partner with leaders across HR, Finance, Communications, Technology, and the business to ensure strategic priorities are well defined, aligned, and advanced with pace and discipline.
Establish and maintain visibility into critical priorities, milestones, and decision points to ensure leadership commitments are tracked and progressed.
Monitor emerging issues, organizational risks, and strategic opportunities that may affect the CHRO agenda or the HR function, and proactively bring forward insights and implications.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience. An MBA or equivalent graduate degree is highly desirable.
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, transformation, business operations, chief of staff support, or a comparable enterprise role required, with significant experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
Experience within a top-tier management consulting firm strongly preferred (for example, McKinsey, BCG, or Bain), and/or comparable in-house strategy or transformation experience within a large enterprise.
Demonstrated success supporting senior executives, structuring ambiguous issues, and driving high-priority initiatives from framing through execution.
Experience preparing executive materials, facilitating leadership discussions, and coordinating complex work across multiple stakeholders required.
Experience in HR, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, or enterprise transformation is strongly preferred.
Prior people leadership experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to coach and elevate project teams, initiative owners, or workstream leads.
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional structured problem-solving, strategic synthesis, and executive communication skills.
Strong capability in strategic framing, issue management, executive storytelling, and translating ambiguity into clear recommendations and actions.
Ability to build compelling leadership narratives, presentations, and communications that connect business context, strategic priorities, and organizational implications.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate high-stakes discussions, and drive alignment without direct authority.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to integrate qualitative and quantitative inputs into concise insights and practical recommendations.
Strong judgment, discretion, and comfort operating in fast-moving, high-visibility environments with shifting priorities and sensitive information.
