This role is in support of Cencora’s global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.
Shift Details: 9am-5pm (during training) must have flexibility with shifts and 1 weekend day
Pay Details: 53k-55k/year
Develop creative solutions which are in line with the best interest of the client.
Deal directly with everyone at all levels of the logistics chain: clients, drivers, customs, etc.
Work with other logistics specialists in World Courier’s vast network of offices.
Coordinate daily logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely, accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products.
1 year experience in customer care coupled with a High School diploma preferred
Open to New Graduate opportunities
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
Creative problem solving.
Flexibility to work multiple shifts.
The ability to work with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams.
Ce poste soutient les services mondiaux de logistique et d’entreposage de Cencora, commercialisés par l’intermédiaire de son activité World Courier.
Responsabilités:
Élaborer des solutions créatives qui correspondent aux intérêts fondamentaux du client.
Travailler directement avec tous les intervenants de la chaîne logistique, à tous les niveaux: clients, chauffeurs, douanes, etc.
Collaborer avec d’autres spécialistes de la logistique au sein du vaste réseau de bureaux de World Courier.
Coordonner les activités quotidiennes de logistique et de distribution afin d’assurer la livraison ponctuelle et exacte des produits pharmaceutiques.
Éducation:
1 ans d'expérience dans le service client associés à un diplôme d'études secondaires préférés
