The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. They are responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards, overseeing daily operations, and enforcing company policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of hands-on retail or service management experience. Applicants should possess a strong interest in fashion, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.
When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
