The Associate Analyst maintains inventory accuracy and visibility across stores, distribution centers, and e-commerce channels through daily reconciliations and variance investigations. They are also responsible for publishing inventory KPIs and supporting month-end financial activities and audits.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or finance and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like SAP. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is considered an asset.

The Associate Analyst, Inventory plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, visibility, and control across stores, distribution centres, and e-commerce operations. This role supports daily inventory reconciliations, investigates variances, prepares reporting, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of inventory-related issues. The Associate Analyst also contributes to month-end activities, audit requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives that help reduce inventory losses and strengthen operational efficiency.
