Perform tree removal, pruning, and preservation while ensuring safe operations and effective communication with the crew. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, delegating tasks to groundmen, and providing excellent customer service.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in tree climbing, rigging, and removals. A valid driver's license and the ability to work at least 40 hours per week are required.

As a Tree Climber with Joshua Tree Experts you will work alongside a 2 to 4-person tree crew. You will be assisting in tree removal, tree pruning, and general tree preservation techniques. Being a Climber is an extremely important role for Tree Crew. Climber's are responsible for ensuring safe tree operations, maintaining assigned equipment, and communicating with effectively with crew.
We are dedicated to expanding our coworkers' knowledge and abilities. This is why Joshua Tree Experts offers paid training to Tree Climbers to ensure they have the latest understanding of industry technology and techniques.
